A Summary: Options for Filing Electronic Claims with SumTime®

• Since Sumtime® cannot access the internet, and the internet cannot access Sumtime®, we recommend a Clearinghouse for you to send your Electronic Claims to. We currently have Two Clearinghouses that we recommend. These Clearinghouses take what is called a HCFA print image. What this means is that instead of printing out the information on a HCFA form. You will write the HCFA information as a Text file. Where a Clearinghouse will take the information and translate it through their program and send it to the Payors.
