Technical Support

A SumTime® technical support contract gives you full support by telephone, fax, e-mail, and U.S. mail for a full year. When you buy SumTime®, a three month technical support contract is included in the price. If you want, you can extend this to one year from date of purchase.

You may purchase a technical support contract by sending us an order form (fax or U.S. mail), with a check or your VISA/MasterCard information. Or you can telephone the order line at 1-888-821-0771 with your credit card information.

Pay Per Question

We strongly encourage our users to maintain a current technical support contract. However, you can use our pay-per-question technical support. Telephone support is available pay-per-question. Call 1-505-883-0627
Send us your question by U.S. mail, fax (505-888-2653), or e-mail sumtime@sumtime.com Include your VISA or MasterCard number, expiration date, and the name on the card.

The minimum charge for answering a question is $75. If the charge is more than this, we will request your permission before proceeding. This price is subject to change. Check here for the current price before sending your question. E-mail is the least secure way of sending credit card information.

If you wish, you can fax or U.S. mail the question with credit card information, and request that we reply by e-mail.
